You may upgrade your account at any time without an additional activation fee. |

Both username and password are case sensitive. |

There is a 16 character limit to your username and 8 character limit to your password. You may use any combination of letters and numbers beginning with a lower case letter. |

Usernames are unique. Users with multiple accounts MUST use a different username for each account. |

Accounts may be suspended with no monhly fee while you winter in the south. |

If you maintain your i2k account while away, your e-mail may be forwarded to another ISP. |

New accounts are set up Monday, Wednesday and Friday. |

Accounts on-line with over 20 minutes of inactivity are disconnected. Set your browser so that it will NOT disconnect for no activity. Then, browser or e-mail activity will reset the i2k timer. |

The location of the i2k modem pool and server is in the building where our offices are located at 2342 Industrial Street, in the Grayling Industrial Park. There are currently 96 - 56K V.90 Lucent Technologies Modems. |

System maintenance and software upgrades are performed between 7:00 - 9:00 am on Saturdays. A busy or no answer situation could be experienced during this time. |
